Gather is a boutique 2,000 sq ft bridal shower venue (indoor + patio) in downtown Walnut Creek, CA. The space hosts up to 50 guests in a 4 or 6 hour rental, including tables, chairs, basic setup, and access to the outdoor patio. Venue minimums are set by day of the week: $400 Monday through Thursday, $1,500 Friday and Sunday, $2,000 Saturday. Hourly rates are all-in: $120/hr Monday through Thursday, $180/hr Friday, $240/hr Sunday, $300/hr Saturday, with tables, chairs, and an on-site venue manager included, and no service fee on the rental. Floor-length linens are included on Saturdays and Sundays and optional Monday through Friday at $30 per tablecloth. Events with food or beverage carry a separate flat $250 cleaning and dumping fee.
